2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, please be aware that local customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees may apply.

  • These costs are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Diya Balance is not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential costs.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your products for safe arrival. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us at info@diyabalance.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Include your order number and, in the case of damages, photos of the item and the packaging so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable to your shipping method) so you can follow the progress of your package.
